It is conceived with the aim to guarantee the best possible performance from high resistance exterior flooring.

Specially designed for terraces, walkways or building perimeters, Block Tek is a high-density composite material that offers architects a flooring material that is strong, resistant, hard-wearing and with no need for subsequent maintenance or treatment; making it a sustainable, practical and cost-effective option. These fine qualities are achieved without compromising the natural beauty in wood. Created with a hyper-realistic texture that does not generate repetition, each panel of Block Tek is as unique and natural as a fingerprint.

A material that comes with a 10-year guarantee, Block Tek promises no discolouration due to UV light and no post-installation treatment required even when applied to surfaces in damp atmospheres. Additionally, it repels stains, fungus and bacteria and offers a non-slip surface graded Class 3, the best possible results of the UNE-ENV 12.633 standard slip or skid resistance tests.

Produced using natural materials such as kraft paper and resins treated using thermos-compression to form a new, compact material, Block Tek is manufactured in an environmentally sustainable manner. Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) certified material is available upon request.

Backed by Parklex^®’s philosophy to be able to provide architects with the necessary technical variables, Block Tek panels now comes in four finishes, three standard widths (300, 198 and 130mm), two thicknesses (10 and 14mm) and a maximum length of 2440mm; giving architects the flexibility in choosing the appropriate material for the required application.
