Step 1: Temperature Screening
Contactless temperature screening captures the temperature of users using thermal imaging technology.
Temperature will be displayed on screen in just 1 second. With a readable temperature range of 25-5°C/ 77-113°F, an alarm sounds when detected body temperature exceeds 37.3°C/ 99.14°F, (this reference temperature value can be customised).

Step 2: Hand Sanitisation
Contactless dispenser dispenses alcoholic hand sanitiser to effectively and safely sterilise the user’s hands.

Step 3: Full Body Sterilisation
Cabin’s disinfection area fitted with intelligent inductive mist dispenser fills the space with food-grade sterilised mist to quickly and safely eliminate all kinds of viruses from head to toe in just seconds.

Hands
Contactless inductive hand sanitiser unit dispenses disinfectant liquid onto user’s hands, to help prevent hand-to-hand spread of germs and viruses.

Disinfection rug containing disinfection liquid placed on the floor to disinfect the user’s shoe soles.

Automatic intelligent inductive spray dispenses food-grade steriliser in mist form to eliminate most types of viruses present on the skin, hair and clothes of the user.

Being a fully automated system, mass temperature screening, attendance recording and full body disinfection can be efficiently and effectively completed with minimum or manpower. A single person can easily man 3 to 5 OCTAVE Screen Cabins for mass arrivals, thus helping to greatly reduce manpower cost and time used.

Safe
To prevent potential spread of viruses at screening area, OCTAVE Screen is designed to operate in a contactless manner. Disinfectants are dispensed through induction and ultrasonic atomisation, with no need for contacts with buttons. Temperature is screened through thermal imaging where the user’s temperature can be read from a distance of 500 mm.

Smart
Complete with a built-in face recognition system that can store up to 30,000 entries in the face library, it can also detect if user is wearing a mask. When in mask-detection mode, in the event that the user does not have a mask on, an alert on the display screen reminds the user to put on a mask before entry.

Easy Maintenance
The main consumable required is the disinfectant liquid used within the hand sanitiser dispenser and the disinfection mist unit. The disinfectant liquid could be one that is sourced locally which meets health and safety requirements and approved by local authorities.

A disinfecting rug placed on the floor of disinfection area contains disinfection liquid that disinfects the soles, and helps trap and remove dust and dirt. Each cabin comes with 2 disinfecting rugs which should be alternated daily.
